Emergency rooms across the region were overwhelmed — too many people were treating the ER as a first stop for everyday issues, putting true emergencies at risk. Partnering with BSG Advertising, I helped concept and build a fast-moving, visual-first campaign to redirect common needs toward Ballad Urgent Care instead.
